You may obtain an Employment Application below in Word or PDF format. Each position you apply for must have a separate application packet, which includes all requested application materials. Applications received incomplete, missing the requested materials, or after 5:00 pm on the day of closing will not be considered for a position. Employment Application (Word)
We DO NOT accept faxed copies of applications. You may, however, e-mail your application, plus any requested documents, to email@example.com. We must receive your emailed application by 5:00 pm on the date the position closes.* If you email your application, we will obtain your signature at time of interview, if selected. Applications sent by the US Postal Service must be received at Community Action by 5:00 pm on the date the position closes; applications post-marked on the deadline date will not be accepted.
Qualified applicants must be currently eligible to work in the United States. Applicants will be required to undergo a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test upon the acceptance of a verbal job offer. Head Start employees will be required to register with the Office of Child Care’s Central Background Registry. Click here to register on-line.
