Community Action Harvest Fest ’24

Escape into a timeless place, where your senses will be delighted by an exquisite mix of fall themed hors d’oeuvres and begin the evening with a masterful mocktail from an expert mixologist from Just Us Girls. Boo-gie to the songs of the season with entertainment provided by Sarah Mutinelli and the WonderBand. Jump into the photo booth by Fitzpatrick Painting.

We invite you to explore our old fashion harvest festival and mingle with the Willamette Valley’s most fascinating and captivating personalities in an inclusive and accepting environment. General admission tickets are only $40 so that this event can be accessible to many. Participate in interactive activities and dare to meet someone new. Dress to impress or come adorned as your alter ego. Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged.

Philanthropy will abound as our Goth Doll House is filled with furnishings that you provide through your generosity. All proceeds will go to the immediate renovation of our Taylor’s emergency youth home in Salem. Other opportunities will include silent auction, cake walk, cake pops by Cereal Killer treats, professional portraits by Katie Carodine, and carnival games! All to raise funds for our ARCHES homeless project.

Treat yourself to the magic of Harvest Fest’s VIP Dye Room: $100 (limited tickets)

• The Dye Room will host VIP guests with a private space and an offering of four drink tickets that may be used in the downstairs VIP wine bar.
• VIP guests will have access to the raucous atmosphere upstairs, but can enjoy a meditative moment and special appetizers in the exclusive space designated VIP only.
• VIP guests will be eligible for a free tarot reading but arrive early to reserve your private session.
• Costumed Hosts will visit the VIP Dye Room to bestow magical bits and bobbles as gifts to those who enchant them. Dress to impress in your spooky best.
