Apprenticeship Opportunities 
The Willamette Valley Early Learning JATC, through CCR&R, is a Registered Apprenticeship Program dedicated to training and supporting early childhood educators. Apprentices gain paid, hands-on experience while completing coursework and mentorship. Training Agents—licensed early learning programs—partner with us to provide high-quality work-based learning opportunities.

Inclusive Supports
CCR&R and Inclusive Partners have joined forces to support educators in creating responsive, inclusive learning environments. Through guidance, training, and resources, we help educators foster accessibility and belonging for all children.

Inclusive Partners supports Oregon’s child care programs in creating inclusive environments where all children can play, learn, and grow. They offer technical assistance, consultation, and support—regardless of program type or funding stream.
