The Sequoia Crossing apartment complex will soon be welcoming new residents into 54 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom specially designed units.
The Sequoia Crossings apartments, located at 2950 Broadway Street NE, Salem OR 97303.
MWVCAA has been included in this project with many important partners. Thanks to our valuable relationship with the Salem Housing Authority, residents coming to live in this supported housing complex will work directly with our staff to find solutions to overcoming everyday obstacles. Partnering to navigate roadblocks allows the residents to build greater outcomes toward long-term success with family and community. Having MWVCAA staff in the complex and working right next to the shared community room will have many advantages.
New residents at Sequoia Crossing are not just getting a key to their own apartment, but also help breaking down barriers to employment, feeding a family, staying healthy, connecting with each other and thriving in a brand-new environment. Sometimes when you’ve had a little, having more can also feel overwhelming. Our caring staff will be on-site to help with every transition and milestone.

This will be our second project of similar scale. It comes after great success with our single-occupancy Redwood Crossing complex that opened in 2021.
