Reentry Services, in partnership with the Public Defender of Marion County, hosts this monthly Expungement Clinic. Anyone can attend and clear up their past Oregon criminal record in just one afternoon! In doing so, this will help secure employment, housing, and other benefits.
You may qualify if it has been:
1 year after B Misdemeanor
1 year after C Misdemeanor
3 years after A Misdemeanor
5 years after C Felony
7 years after B Felony
Please note: You cannot have an open case or active warrants.

September 18
October 16
November 20
December 18
Expungement Clinics are typically held every 3rd Friday each month, 2-6pm.
Free parking @ Liberty Square Parking Garage, levels 1-2.
Bring $33 for required fingerprinting (cash, money order, or card).
